I used Padlet to create my product. You can visit the website here: https://padlet.com/. Padlet can be used to create boards, documents, and websites that are easy to contribute to.
Creating the Padlet was very easy. The website is user friendly, and easy to navigate. It takes you step by step through each step of creating a board, or whichever product you choose. The greatest challenge I faced was finding information about the different types of the Web. Web 3.0 was especially hard to find reliable information on, as the idea of it is still evolving. I also struggled to move the “bricks” where I wanted them, but I was able to work it out. I believe this would be a great tool for my 1st graders to use. This is a simple tool that can be used to collaborate with others, and share information. They could work individually or with other to create a product on so many different topics. Padlet even has an app, which could be used on our class iPads.

Hey Brooke! I have not heard of Padlet before seeing your presentation. I will have to try it out for future assignments. I like how your presentation was on one page and how easy it was to navigate. We found similar information about each web, but I agree that Web 3.0 was the most difficult to find information on. Great Post!

Hey Brooke! I really liked your presentation! Padlet looks like a great way to look at information in a broad way. It reminds me of a poster that you can keep in your pocket. I think this is an interesting technology and I like that you included that students can collaborate with it! Thanks for sharing!

Hi Brooke! Your Padlet looks great! I also used Padlet to create my presentation. I also found it difficult to find information for Web 3.0. Hopefully as it evolves more information will become available.

Padlet is so cool! Yours looks great! I found Web 3.0 very difficult to understand as well since there wasn’t a ton of information on it other than its basically an extension of 2.0. Awesome job!
